Ethan + Melanie

Thank you. Truly, thank you for taking the time to get to know us. We can't wait to meet you and show you just how beautiful your family or your wedding day will be. Here's just a little bit about us, our lives, and why we do what we do.

Ethan and I, along with our two kids Ruby and Forest, call the Mid-Ohio Valley home. Nestled in the hills of southeast Ohio, we live for summer and warm weather. We homeschool our little family and love to go on little adventures when time allows. Most importantly, our faith in God orchestrates our lives and has brought us through trial after trial.

Ethan has done a little bit of everything in life and his newest adventure is joining me in this photography and videography business. But it was the United States Air Force that helped us get our start. Ethan always wanted to join the military and since he was close to aging out for enlisting, we finally made the jump. Public affairs training gave him the photography and videography skills needed to join me for wedding days. It's been a wild ride so far with lots of days missing each other, but getting to document wedding days together is giving us a new and exciting way to connect.

I (Melanie) always wanted to be a writer and maybe that desire will have its time, but for right now, photography gives me a way of appreciating the beauty God gives to the world and the relationships in it.

We want to put your beauty before you, plain to see, whether that's the you dancing in a field surrounded by your family or you taking vows before God, committing your life to your new spouse. We need reminders of the beauty in this life, and we are in love with documenting those reminders for us all.
